KANIKA SINGAL
FOUNDER & CEO

Kanika is a re-invention expert, living with a moto, you need to push your self to use your skills in multiple fields. She is a multi-disciplinary problem solver with expertise in Design, Strategy, People and Marketing. Her current areas of exploration are unlocking talent potential to build capacity,  creating human centric experiences. 

She is credited with successfully taking ideas to execution, across large companies and start-ups (x-10x). Till recently, she was the Asia Director for CEB (NYSE- EXBD), leading the launch of Sales and Marketing Benchmarking Business in the region.  Prior, she has been a leader at McKinsey & Co, consulting with fortune 500 companies, Levi’s Strauss & Co (led launch of Denizen, among others) and CEO-Founder of www.homeenegysave.com.-a sustainable energy eCom start-up (SilIcon Valley). Her design credentials include designing modular experiences for global restaurant chains. She is also the India lead for STARTUP GENOME Inc the only global company benchmarking and advising – how to develop start-up ecosystems around the world. In 2016, she co-founded, Jadooz Media Solutions private limited, a cinema and education startup for tier 3-4 markets. She continues to be on the board and investor at Jadooz. She holds Board Positions in multiple organizations- listed and startups.

Kanika has worked at Gartner (CEB), McKinsey & Co and in the strategic marketing group at Levi’s and has a strong understanding and experience in leading and building institutions teams. She build the insights to action toolkit for CEB- a product that led to creation of a complete new analytics to implementation service line for CEB. 

Kanika is an architect from School of Planning, an IIT Delhi Alum, and part of the 25 global leaders at the YALE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP program and a PhD scholar at IIT-Delhi.
